Prison Farm Ministry

HR Ministries believes that the greatest need in our prison system is to break the cycle of crime. Children of inmates are 7 times more likely to go to prison. Deuteronomy 5:9. God has called us to the prison system to set the captive free. Luke 4:18-19

 

Prison Farm Events

Our yearly events include the Father's Day Picnic, Christmas Carnival, and the Returning Hearts Celebration, and we provide a meal for staff. Monthly events include Awana Handbook Program, Bible Studies, and church services. Our weekly events include, Parenting Thru Awana and we have someone who is on the compound as a chaplin daily. We partner with many churches to have time slots on the calendar for Bible Study or Worship services.
