Mission Team Partnerships



Construction Teams

Those that are gifted to deal with large or small construction and handyman requests are encouraged to come and partner to complete needed projects. Our goal is to serve needs in the community and at churches who have a need that your skills will bless. high up We can see you and your church partner with Job Corp students and former inmates to see these projects completed. Students working with volunteers have been saved on past projects. These opportunities include such things as roofing a church where they can afford the material but not the labor, to working to complete projects on the campuses we serve on. In the future we see that this can be a wonderful way to serve the community in which we serve. If you would like to help with a project or you need help with a project please e-mail the ministry and we will try to connect someone that the Lord provides to help or be helped.



Weekend Ministry Teams Jesus on cross

Teams are encouraged to join us for short term mission projects. We have groups that come to us on Fridays and leave on Sundays. They consist of youth groups, BCM groups from Colleges, Churches, and individuals who want to serve with us at the Job Corp or the Prison. We arrange a schedule for the teams and provide areas of service such as evening services or special outreach projects. People with preaching, music, drama, or any unique gifts that the Lord has given to share the gospel are encouraged to come share.



Short Tearm Mission Trips

We host church groups that want to serve for 1 day or 1 week. These trips are on-site with us and are arranged to meet the need of you church. We try to develop programs that use your giftedness and abilities. cumberland These include service on the campuses, at the prison, meeting needs of local churches, helping with construction groups so that your people can serve the Lord. These are arranged on the calendar and developed based on your churches need and current ministry opportunities. If you are interested please contact the office to discuss what the Lord is doing.



Partnership Missions

We would like to see churches covenant to serve with us long term and use our Ministry Field to develop a service plan for your church. Many churches need a place to develop a church strategy for training it's people to do ministry and missions. We want to make our facilities and staff available to help pastors and leaders have a regular place to do the mission God has commanded Us to do. We currently have two churches that have connected as long term partners- Baptist Park Fellowship in Hillsboro, MO and Rutledge Falls Baptist Church in Tullahoma TN. Rutledge Falls has been in a 5 yr partnership with us.
